Updating respondent status

The respondent / panelist status can help you track their progress along your study pipeline. You can also filter panelists within a study or in the Panel page by their status. The status can be:

• Cancelled
• Completed
• Dropped Out
• Hold
• No Show
• Paid & Sent
• Scheduled

Here's how you can update it:

1. Open the Overview sub-page of the study.
2. Click the name of the panelist under the Full Name column.
3. The study participant pop-up will appear. Click the drop-down button below Participant Status.
4. Select the status from the drop-down options.
