Applies to Private Panels

Private Panels automatically saves incomplete (partial) survey responses at the end of each page. When we are able to identify the panelist (via unique survey link, or via email two-way sync) - we will continue to save the partial. If we are not able to identify this respondent in your panel, Private Panels will only save the final submitted response.

How to find incompletes

  1. Go to Study Overview, and click on Filters.
  2. Select the Incomplete filter for your survey.

  3. You will see your Overview page populated with incomplete responses.
Note: Private Panels was previously managed outside of Dscout, so you may see a different logo and URL in some places. If you have any questions, contact support@dscout.com.
