If you forgot your Private Panels password, you can reset it using the steps below.
Tip: If your subscription includes both the core Dscout platform and Private Panels, you can access Private Panels directly from your Dscout account. For more information, see Get started with Dscout and Private Panels.
To reset your Private Panels password:
- Navigate to https://app.dscout.com/panels-ui/login.
- Click Forgot password?
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Click Send email. A password reset email is sent to your account.
- Check your inbox for the password reset email. Then, click the link in the email to reset your password.

Enter a new password, then enter it again to confirm.
Note: Passwords must be a minimum of 12 characters in length.
- Click Save new password. Your new password is saved.
- On https://app.dscout.com/panels-ui/login, use your new password to sign in.
Now, your password is reset and you’ve regained access to Private Panels.
