# Exporting panelists

All of your panelists' details can be exported from Private Panels simultaneously in **Panel Panelists**, should it be needed. Follow the steps below to export panelist data:

{% stepper %}
{% step %}
Select the panelists by ticking the checkbox that appears beside their names when you hover your mouse cursor over them. Or select all of the panelists by clicking the ticked checkbox icon beside the **First Name** column header, then clicking **Select all** from the drop-down options.

{% endstep %}

{% step %}
Click the **Bulk Actions** button.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}
Select **Export to CSV** from the drop-down options.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}
A pop-up will appear where you can select which properties of the panels you'd like to import. All of the panel properties would be selected by default, untick the checkboxes of those that you don't want to include.

Or, if there are only a few that you'd like to export, click **Deselect All** then tick the checkboxes one by one.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}
After selecting, click the **Export \[#] panelists** button.

{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.dscout.com/private-panels/panel-management/exporting-panelists.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
