# Session reminders

Private Panels provides reminders via **e-mail** and **SMS** (text message).

By default, we send 2 reminder emails to the Participants: 1 day and 2 days before the scheduled session time. To modify this, go to **Study Scheduling**, and scroll down to **Reminders**.

The reminder email template contains the Date & Time, Session Location, and any other necessary information.
