What's new?

FIELD 

• Open and hybrid card sort
  We've extended our card sort offering to include both open and hybrid use cases in Media Surveys and Usability Tests for desktop missions! Open and hybrid card sorting empowers participants to create their own categories when sorting cards, offering you deeper insights into how they naturally organize information. You'll also have the ability to rename and merge participant-created categories, making it easier to streamline your analysis and align with standard practices for open and hybrid sorts.

• Question groups with randomization
  You can now group related questions together, simplifying the design of missions that involve multiple flows or prototype versions. We've paired this release with the ability to apply randomization or skip logic within these question groups, streamlining your mission design and reducing any ordering bias varying sequences. 

Account Management 

• Workspace leads
  We've added a new feature to Workspace Teams. It introduces a new level of permissions for Team Workspaces, giving you greater control over how you run your organization and conduct research. This feature allows you to grant specific individuals the permissions they need to keep research running smoothly. Available as an add-on to your subscription.
