Applies to Private Panels

By default, studies conducted within Private Panels are available globally. However, if your company is operating in select countries only, you may want your panelists to come from these countries only. Private Panels has a feature that supports this need.

You can restrict the availability of sign-up forms and screeners by country. Here's how:

  1. Go to Settings General.
  2. Click Edit restrictions.
  3. The Respondent country restrictions pop-up will appear. Click the drop-down button below Allow All or Specific, then select Specific countries from the options.
  4. Click the drop-down button below Select a country to add then select your preferred country from the options. Repeat until you've added all the countries where you want your studies to be available in.
  5. Once done, click the Save button.

If you allow specific countries (i.e. restrict other countries), we check the respondent IP address, and block any requests that do not match this list.

When your company goes global and you'd like your studies to be accessible everywhere, the drop-down below Allow All or Specific should be Allow all countries.
