You're able to grant "points" or "credits" to respondents who complete surveys, which they can later redeem.

How to give points

Points can only be paid through a Study.

  1. Inside Study Study Settings set Incentive to be Points.
  2. Then, on the Study Overview page you, can pay with points.

How to view total points for a panelist

  1. In the panel, select the panelist.
  2. Scroll down to the points section to view total points.

Additionally, the Past Participation section of the panelist profile will show how much the panelist was paid and for what studies.

Panelist point export

Need a way to see how many Panel points your panelists have yet to redeem? To see all panelist points that have been awarded in your panel, export panelists via CSV and the points column will automatically be included as the last column in your export.

How to turn this on for panelist logged-in view

In Settings General Panelist Experience, turn ON the Show Panel Points option.

How it looks like for a panelist

When a panelist logs in to their profile, they'll see how many points they've earned under My Points.

Panel points withdraw limit

Currently, a panelist can redeem up to $500 USD worth of points.
