Each interview session has a moderator to ask the participant questions. However, one interview study may have many moderators depending on their individual availability. Moderators are often assigned when time slots are created, but they can also be assigned (or reassigned) after your study is launched.
Note: Interview sessions are typically limited to one moderator per session. However, if you’re on the Dscout Plus, Select, or Enterprise plan, you can select up to two moderators for each desktop session. Regardless of plan, mobile sessions can only have one moderator.
To assign or change a session’s moderator:
- Navigate to the Manage tab of your study.
- Select Calendar. The study’s schedule is displayed.
- Click the session you want to update. The session’s details are displayed.
- Select a moderator from the Moderator(s) drop-down.
Now, the session’s moderator is updated. Repeat the steps above to update additional sessions.
