dscout Live's chat feature can help you communicate with scouts during your call. After both parties have joined the session, click on the scout's profile photo on the right-hand side of the screen to send a message.
Messages exchanged in chat during the call will not be available after the session ends. For this reason, it is useful for things like technical troubleshooting and link-sharing.
Note: at this time, chatting with scouts directly in a session is not available for Live Mobile sessions. This feature is currently only available for Live Desktop sessions.
